Multi-Grip BarThe LivePro Multi-Grip bar has been developed for really challenging strength training.
In the middle of the bar, there are 3 pairs of neutral grip bars, which enable many different variations for strength training. The center of the bar is curved, which increases the range of motion of the bench press.The rod is made of high-quality steel with a black matte finish, as well as chrome-plated press sleeves and knurled bar grips.
Weight and size accuracy
Length is 209cm, weight is 20kg, each rod weight and size are precisely calculated and cut with weight tolerance of +/- 1%.
Quenching process
It is made of steel material, improves material properties after a specific heat treatment process, is moderate elasticity and good fatigue strength and long-term use will not bend.
Knurled handle design
Knurled handle provides better grip, which is comfortable and safe to hold.
