Bench adjustment angles
Seat and Backrest adjustmentsWith the flexible customization of the backrest in 12 different levels, -30° to 90°, as well as of the seat pad, in 4 different positions, 0° to 30°, you can perform multiple presses with barbell or dumbbells, in a straight, inclined or vertical position.
Furthermore, combined with the leg stabilizing system, it becomes ideal for reclined presses, as well as sit-ups.
