Olympic Barbell 120cmThe Super Curl bar is almost like a hammer curl and is an excellent choice for biceps curls, triceps training, etc. The shape has been specially optimised for the natural posture of the hand so that you can perform all exercises safely and under ergonomically correct conditions.
With the Super Curl Bar you are perfectly equipped to perform so-called "French flips" and increase the strength of your arm and upper body muscles.
Brass Rings
The design of reinforced, thick, brass bushing (sleeve) on both sides offers smooth rotation, reduces resistance to falling and is usually installed on high quality barbells.
No maintenance required on the rings.
Made with a shiny and modern plain chrome finish, Φ50 in diameter for use with Olympic Plates only.
Built on both sides with high-quality brass rings that provide smooth rotation.
