Training with the Pegasus® "Aero" Spin Bike has been designed to greatly enhance cardiovascular activity and strengthen the body.
It offers infinitely variable resistance through magnets for noiseless workouts and minimal maintenance. The frame is made of robust steel, as is the 13kg flywheel in order to provide smoothness and balance. "Aero" is an ideal choice for reproducing the natural motion of outdoor cycling in your clinic or hotel.
The Spinning Bike Pegasus® "Aero" console with its built-in LCD monitor keeps you up to date on all your important training data.
Indications such as time, distance and calories burnt help you track your performance and bring you closer to achieving your goals.
With a sturdy construction and a diameter of 46cm, the "Aero" flywheel weighs 13 kg and features high-quality bearings.
Convenient way of adjusting the resistance to change your training intensity at any time or to stop it immediately if needed.
The bike is equipped with SPD pedals with straps and clips to give you the feeling of racing in the comfort of your own home.
With a few simple moves, the saddle is adjusted to 10 positions vertically and 5 horizontally. Whatever your height is, "Aero" will make training more comfortable.
With a handy double mechanism, you can bring the handlebars to the ideal position for your body shape, adjusting them in 9 positions.
Zone 1
This is the section between 12 and 5pm on a clock. Drop your heel by 20o in this phase to get the most out of your hamstring.
Zone 2
This is known as the transition phase. Contract your calf muscle to point the toe by 20o (like you’re scraping mud from the bottom of your shoe) but don’t move your foot away from the pedal.
Zone 3
The leg is raised by the pedal momentum and not under a high degree of muscular load in order to lose as little of the stored power as possible.
Zone 4
Return to your down stroke again at 12 o’clock - don’t wait until 3pm (which is common) as you risk losing momentum and power.
