Built-in weights connect to the functional training system and cable crossing stations from the rear of the build. Perform full body workouts and easily switch from split training, circuit training, WOD variations, supersets to endurance training in seconds!
Smith Machine
The adjustable Smith G6-B machine is smooth and easy to use. It has built-in bearings that run along the guide bar.
Perform exercises like squats, chest or shoulder presses, etc. With a smith machine you can lift heavy loads more efficiently because the system always supports you to concentrate on lifting weight instead of handling the bar.
Double Crossover System
Crossover exercises are very important for anyone who wants to target their muscles either for rehabilitation or for general muscle strengthening.
The G6-B is based on 2 rows of plates weighing 100 kg! It uses wires with a maximum load capacity of over 900 kg, traversed by heavily-rotating pulleys that follow your direction for an even more natural movement. The pulleys are height adjustable in 19 different positions.
Multi-grip Chin-up bar
At the top of the G6-B you will find a multi-grip chin-up bar, which guarantees a maximum load of 350 kg! Boost your back, biceps, forearms and shoulders with an open or closed grip.
The system is also fully compatible with products sold separately, such as Gym Gloves or TRX Suspension Systems for even more exercise options.
2 x 100kg Weight Stacks
In addition to a large number of free weights exercises, you can also workout with the G6-B system weights. An impressive weight of 200kg in plates is included, divided into 2 stacks of 100kg, which are connected to the rest of the system with its powerful cables of 6.2mm diameter.
Weigh Ratio 2:1 (i.e. 100kg feel like 50kg).
Band Pegs - Core Trainer
Includes an attachment that is suited for all types of rotational torso training and allows for a wide range of upper body training when using an optional barbell (Sold separately).
It also has 2 sets of metal pegs for extra resistance with training bands. Combine with the weight stacks for extra resistance as well as free bar exercises.
Leg press
Easilly convert the Smith bar into a vertical leg press in under 10 seconds!
The platform is made to secure your footing and prevent slipping.

Keep your training area tidy with built-in storage.
The G6-B includes 6 olympic sized weight plate holders & 1 barbell holder. You will also find 8 storage hooks for your attachments, located on the back of the exercise chart.
