Leg PressThe Insight SH008 Leg Press increases the exercise variation as it has large foot plate. The product has linkage system that optimizes the angle of footplate.
Thus you can make sure that a comfortable ankle angle is maintained throughout the range of motion . You get an optimal resistance profile which increases as the legs move to full extension, which is ideal for building the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes.
