*Pectoral Muscles (Chest): When you join the handles in front of the chest, you mainly train the pectoralis major muscles and also engage the front muscles of the shoulders (anterior deltoids), as well as the serratus anterior muscle located on the side of the chest.
*Posterior Deltoids (Posterior Shoulder): When performing back extensions, you target the posterior of the shoulders (rear deltoids), which helps improve Shoulder strength and posture.
