Gymost Turbo R11 Recum BikeThe self-generated system does not require any power supply, but produces all the energy needed thanks to your movement. The resistance can be adjusted in 20 levels.
The strong frame supports a maximum load capacity of 160kg, the seat can be easily adjusted horizontally along an aluminum rail and the bike comes with wheels for easy transport within your space.
The console
FeaturesThe modern console offers a clear 7-field LED screen, which helps you keep track of all important workout data in order to achieve your goals. Through the touch sensors on the handgrips, your heart rate level can be monitored in real, while the built-in fan keeps you cool.
Finally don't forget the USB and mp3 ports, the media shelf and of course the 16 challenging workout programs.
Adjustable seat
The bike's seat can be easily adjusted along an aluminum rail, so that it can be suitable for any user's needs.
Tranport wheels
The R11 comes with wheels for easy transport within your space.
Ground stabilizers
Use the stabilizers on the rear end of the bike, to ensure stability during your workout.
