These adjustable dumbbells have weights that adjust from 4 kg (10 lbs) to 41 kg (90 lbs) in 5 lb. increments. Easy-to-use selection dials for adjusting weights. Replaces up to 17 pairs of dumbbells. They are sold as a pair. Great for toning and strength training exercises for both upper and lower body including heavy leg lifts. Compatible with the free Bowflex SelectTech® training App for iOS and Android.
Important: After the end of your workout, store your dumbbells at the base, along with the rest of the weights. Dropping dumbbells on the floor from a height may damage the adjusting mechanism, for which we will not assume any responsibility. This product is suitable for home use.
