Force USA G12 All-In-One-TrainerThe Force USA G12 All-In-One-Trainer is designed to exceed strength training and rehabilitation goals for high-performance athletes, coaches, personal trainers or those wanting the edge while training at home.
It combines power rack, smith machine, adjustable crossover system consisting of 2 rows of 90.5kg weight plates, a multi-grip chin-up bar, a leg press, core trainer and many more options in a single compact unit.
Functional Trainer
Crossover systemThe Functional Trainer and cable crossovers can be adjusted in 16 positions, allowing you to perform over 75 different exercises!
The pulley ratio is 1:1, which means that the weight you load is the true weight you will be lifting. Perform shoulder, arms, chest, back, core, and leg exercises. Fluid cable movement via commercial grade pulleys and 6.2mm nylon coated mil-spec aircraft quality cables that are tested to 900kg.
2x 90.5kg Weights
Built-in weightsIn addition to a large number of free weights exercises, you can also train with the G12 built-in weights. An impressive 181kg in steel plates is included, divided into 2 stacks of 90.5kg, which are connected to the rest of the system through powerful aircraft cables of 6.2mm diameter.
Smith Machine
350kg weight ratingThe Smith machine comes with the "Counterbalanced" system, which eliminates the barbell's weight. This means you are only lifting the weight of the plates, making it ideal for beginners as well.
The sytem has built-in bearings, which offer smooth and safe motion so that you don't need a spotter. With a smith machine you can lift heavy loads more efficiently because the system always supports you, letting you focus on lifting weights instead of handling the bar.
Power Rack
All-in-OnePerform Squats, Chest Presses, Dead Lifts and much more. The base frame includes commercial grade hooks, vertically adjustable, for placing the barbell. The rack also comes with a pair of stell safety spotters, which are an essestial help in case of a failed weight lift.
Chin Up station
Multi-gripAt the top of the G12 you will find a multi-grip chin-up bar, which guarantees a massive maximum load of 350 kg!
Train your back, biceps, forearms and shoulders with an wide or narrow grip.
Leg press
Vertical motionThe G12 is the only functional trainer of its kind to offer a leg press.
Easily convert the Smith system into a vertical leg press in just a few seconds! The platform is made to secure your footing and prevent slipping.
Dip Station
The Multi-Grip Dip Handle attachments provide different width options for you to choose from. Conveniently adjusts vertically on the power rack and accepts weight belts or resistance bands.
Core Trainer
Includes a rotating landmine station that is suited for all types of rotational torso training and allows for a wide range of upper body training when connected to an optional barbell (not included).
Optional choices
The system is also fully compatible with products sold separately, such as Gym Gloves or TRX Suspension Systems for even more exercise options.
Safety
The Power Rack base includes commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties which can be adjusted to virtually any height position you need. The Smith is fitted with safe lock and release mechanisms and a safety catch allowing you to max out your training.
Storage - Accessories
Keep your training area tidy! The G12 includes olympic sized weight plate and barbell holders. You will also find storage hooks for your attachments, located next to the exercise chart.
