It offers 29 training programs and 25 resistance levels, while its console, DualTrack ™, has two high-resolution LCDs with blue back-light. As you pedal, you travel through the video routes with your running speed controlling the video speed. However, these video routes are not just video. With RideSocial, you can cycle in amazing real-world locations with friends, live, from your bike!
Tailor your workout
Adjust the seat and the handlebarsThe bike features a comfortable seat for your workouts. With a very handy mechanism, you can adjust its height.
In addition you can adjust the handlebars, turning them towards you or away from you, so that you can bring the bike to the right position for your own body.
4 pedal zones
Work out rightZone 1
This is the section between 12 and 5pm on a clock. Drop your heel by 20o in this phase to get the most out of your hamstring.
Zone 2
This is known as the transition phase. Contract your calf muscle to point the toe by 20o (like you’re scraping mud from the bottom of your shoe) but don’t move your foot away from the pedal.
Zone 3
The leg is raised by the pedal momentum and not under a high degree of muscular load in order to lose as little of the stored power as possible.
Zone 4
Return to your down stroke again at 12 o’clock - don’t wait until 3pm (which is common) as you risk losing momentum and power.
