Weighted Vest (12 kg)You can easily adjust this vest at your waist with the clips and velcro fastenings. The weight is adjusted simply by adding or removing the 12 iron rods (6 on each side).
Finally the vest comes with 2cm thick paddings, to increase wearing comfort on your shoulders and the loop fastening belt at the waist is fixed by Velcro that does not bounce or get displaced during exercise.
