Height adjustment
Multiple optionsYou can very easily adjust vertically not only the positions of the weight stands themselves in 5 places, but also the safety stops for your barbell in 3 places, allowing you to tailor this product to your own bodytype.
Width adjustment
4 positionsYou can also adjust the width of your weight stands in 4 different positions depending on your bodytype and the barbell that you are using.
The inner length of your barbell should range between 73.5 cm and 120.5 cm in order to be compatible with this product.
Dip handles
Perform the popular and effective dip exercises thanks to the 2 built-in handles on the back of the equipment.
Push up handles
On the front you will find 2 handles so you can easily perform your push ups.
Storage
On either side of the stands, there is a rod where you can store weight plates so you can keep your space tidy.
Optional choices
