What are personal data?

4. Which of your data do we collect?

We ensure that we collect only those of your personal data which are strictly necessary and which clearly suit their intended purpose. These data include the following:

  • Data provided when filling in/ using the online contact form
       -Obligatory: e-mail address
       -Obligatory: first name, surname, postal address, contact number so that we are able to contact you.

  • Moreover, for the purpose of offering the best website (hereinafter “site”) experience, we collect the following anonymous data: technical information on your internet connection and browser, the country and telephone code where your computer is located, the webpages you have browsed during your visit, the advertisements you have clicked on and any search terms you have entered.   • Your image may be recorded on CCTV when you visit our showroom.



5. How do we use your data?

We wish to offer you the best possible browsing experience. To achieve this, we must obtain a picture of you (always anonymously) by combining the data that we have collected. We then use your data to make you offers of products and services that are likely to interest you.

We are permitted to undertake the above-mentioned actions under the law on personal data protection in the context of our legitimate interest and of the need to understand our customers with a view to offering them the highest possible service level.

  • Operation of CCTV Systems: For the purpose of security, our store operates a CCTV System which records images in order to protect our customers, spaces, property and collaborators from crime. We do this in accordance with our legitimate business interests. If we detect any criminal activity or alleged criminal activity through the use of CCTV for the monitoring of fraud and of suspicious transactions, we will process these data in order to prevent or detect unlawful acts. Our goal is to protect our customers, employees and collaborators from criminal activities.


For compliance with our obligations governed by law

  • To comply with our contractual or legal obligations we must exchange data if so required by law, for example, following a decision on the exchange of data with judicial services.

  • To send you communications which are required by law or which are necessary in order for us to inform you of the changes in the services we offer you, such as updates on privacy notifications, product recall notifications and legally required information concerning your orders. These service messages will not include advertising content and will not require prior consent when sent by e-mail or by text message (SMS). Who are the recipients of your data – How are your data communicated?

International transfer of anonymous data

The personal data that we collect (or process) from our website or apps will be stored in Greece. However, some of the data recipients with whom the Company shares your personal data may be located in countries other than the one where your personal data were initially collected.     If your order included a guarantee, the relevant personal data will be retained until the end of the period of guarantee.

    Your declaration of consent for the dispatch of a newsletter is retained for as long as the Company sends you the newsletter and, in any case, for no more than six months from the time when its dispatch ends.


What are your rights?

You have the right of access to your personal data.

This means that you have the right to be notified by us if we process your data. If we process your data, you may request to be informed of the purpose of the processing, the type of your data that we keep, who we give them to, how long we store them, whether automated decision-making takes place, as well as of your other rights, such as correction or erasure of data, restriction of processing and lodging of a complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

If you find that there is an error in your data, you may submit to us an application so that we correct it (e.g. correction of name or update on change of address).

You have the righ to erasure/"right to be forgotten".

You have the right to portability of your data.

You may request from us that you receive in legible form the data you have provided or that we transmit them to another data protection officer.

You have the right to restriction of processing.

You may request from us to restrict processing of your data for as long as examination of the objections concerning processing is pending.

You have the right to object or to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data and we will cease it, provided that there are no other compelling legitimate grounds which take precedence over your right. If you have declared your consent for the collection, processing and use of your personal data, you may withdraw your consent prospectively at any time.


Which is the law applicable to the processing of your data by us?

The applicable law is Greek law, as formulated in accordance with GDPR [Regulation (EU) 2016/979], with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, in general with the existing Greek and European legislative and regulatory framework on personal data protection. Any disputes arising with regard to your data shall be brought before the courts of Athens.


Where can you appeal if we breach the applicable law on the protection of your personal data?
